Welcome to my very first Bouquet Soirée!

6pm-8pm on Wednesday, May 28th @ Six Rivers Brewery in McKinleyville.

We’re gathering to support Luke’s summer athletic ambitions and to pour into each other as parents raising young athletes....

This Love Lounge Locker Room session is part class, part pep talk, and part community circle. I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned from the sidelines: how to help your kid breathe confidence, play with joy, set boundaries, and stay in love with the game. We’ll talk posture, intention, coach communication, food and discipline, burnout, drama, and the fine line between confidence and cocky. There will be a printout for notes, space to ask questions, and time to connect with other parents who get it. This is for anyone who wants to raise a whole, healthy, competitive kid without losing themselves in the process. Game on, grownups.

The Event entry fee $25 but you are welcome to donate more to Lukes Summer Fund if you'd like!
